Very friendly staff, had very good knowledge of all products we enquired about, left us alone to try out and decide which matteress we wanted, which we did, then a straight forward payment and paperwork. Very satisfied.

Store assistant (?pavan I think) was really helpful, took the time to talk through everything. Did not feel pressured into the products like other shops.

I saw the product that I wanted on line - asked to see it in store - got imamediate help and good explanation. Just had to wait a bit while a computer became free but nothing any one could do you were busy

I found the assistant (Jacqueline) very helpful with advice for my specific needs. Also I had a tight timeline for delivery and she was very helpful with organizing my order. I was impressed with the amount of products, it was a one stop shop, which I found convenient. Overall very happy although goods not received yet but if delivery is anything like the sale it should be ok.
