I have used dreams many times for beds and mattress and i have never had a problem at any time the service i get is 100% if i could i would give it higher like 200%. So thank you dreams of Coventry for your great service

We were greeted as soon as we stepped through the door and explained the way to choose the mattress we were looking for which was very helpful. The salesman was helpful , polite and informative as well as patient as we were almost an hour making our choice and didn't feel in the least bit rushed. an excellent experience!

I got a great deal and had great service.

This was my first time buying something big and also a buying for my sister- so i was a bit nervous. i called up before just to check some things and clarify before i order and the lady was really helpful! she gave me advice as well as sort out my concerns! - this was really helpful! once everything was ordered, i needed to change our delivery date as my sisters house wasnt ready. i was a bit worried to call, but a colleague at work told me that the customer service is very good at dreams just call and ask, they are very good she said. and she was right! i called, and they were really good (very easy to talk to) and understanding! the delivery date was changed! i have recommended dreams to my friends and family!

The sales assistant,Mac,was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave good advice on helping us to choose the right bed.

During my visit to Dreams at Coventry I was helped by Jacqueline to choose which sort of mattress would be best suitable for my needs. She was very friendly, helpful and professional and I did not feel as if she was rushing me into a decision at all and gave me space to decide for myself which was much appreciated. Overall a very pleasant experience.

It was all very easy and the person on the phone gave me a lot of confidence to make my choice. I also liked the price and the fact that you would take the old mattress away
