There was a big, varied selection. Mac who dealt with us was very helpful but not pushy allowing us to look around. The delivery time was fast and some prices were reduced which is always welcoming.

We we're looked after by Mac who very extremely helpful and knowledgeable also made us a cup of coffee !

We were looked after by Jackie from the moment we walked through the door. She took time to hear what we wanted from a new mattress and didn't rush or hound us through out our visit. She explained all the differences between the mattresses that we tried and advised us accordingly. We have not had our mattress delivered yet but are really looking forward to having a good nights sleep on it when it arrives.

I had visited twice with my partner and was greeted by the same person who remembered us. This was a benefit because it made our process quicker we knew exactly what we wanted and the colleague friendly and approachable. He attended to all our needs he hd excellent knowledge of the products which are it easier to decide on our purchase. We were very greatful for the support.

After receiving poor customer service from another large bed supplier we had ordered with we popped into Dreams. Trevor was incredibly helpful and attentive and really knew his stuff. The products and service were so good we cancelled with the other company and ordered with Dreams.
