very helpfull and polite staff friendly but left you time to consider purchase without feeling presurised to buy

I was welcomed as I walked into the store, given a moment to look around and then asked if i needed any help. Jackie asked me a variety of questions in order to understand what kind of mattress i was looking for and instantly knew the product and location in the store that she thought i would be interested in. She showed me a few different products and let me try then, offering my pillows as well to get extra comfort. After the 3rd Mattress i had found the one. Jackie talked me through the making of the mattress, and its pricing, telling me that it was on offer as well. She suggested that i take some time to get comfortable on the mattress to see if it was the right one. She even offered me a tea or coffee. When i said that this is the one i would like, she talked me through the different payment options, and added products, like mattress protectors and insurance etc. Jackie was super friendly and helpful, making my decision to buy a new mattress a lot easier. Thank you

We originally placed an order with Benson for Beds, but cancelled when they didn't keep to the agreement. The same day we went to Dreams where we couldn't have asked for a better service, we were even given a cup of tea while deciding on the mattress. As far as the service I will always go back to dreams and always recommend the company. Jacqueline was the lady that's served us, she made us feel so comfortable, we felt she was a stranger on entering the shop and a friend when leaving

The whole transaction was quick and efficient. The salesman knew his products and sorted delivery for the following week. The store was clean and tidy and I trust the product. I shall be looking to Dreams for my further purchases.

We were very happy today in your Coventry store as Jacqueline was very knowledgeable on the products and helpfully guided us very well but without being pushy like other sales people can be. This member of staff was also friendly and went through the payment options clearly, also pointed out the offer on pillows and went through the range available with us in detail. Overall we were very satisfied with our purchase today and how it was dealt with. The store itself could do with a little TLC to bring it in line with the environment of some of the competitors such as Benson for beds, but other than this no criticism.

The man who dealt with us was friendly, approachable and really tried to understand what we wanted. He was not a pushy sales man, but did all the right things to secure a sale, including a good price and offering plenty of tea and coffee.

Mac the salesman was very helpful put not at all pushy. We valued his experience and knowledge regarding the purchase of our bed.

No pushy sales assistant, very knowledgeable about products,offered a hot or cold drink, very satisfied with delivery date and time.
