we came to see range of children's beds, unfortunately none of them were in the shop. Anna has shown us what is available, she was very knowledgeable, nothing was a problem to her, we were given perfect service and lovely cup of tea too. all staff was very friendly and our children and us very made very welcome. will definitely be back and recommend dreams to all my friends.

We were served by Jacqueline. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She understand our needs and was not at all pushy. She gave us time and space to make our decisions. Thank you Jacqueline!

I bought an oterman double bed with firm mattress two years ago from you and have had great sleep ever since, i purchased a single firm mattress for my youngest son who is 17 but allowed him to have the final say between two of them, he remarked how nice they were to lay on and is looking forward for his mattress to come on thur 16/02/2017 very pleased with my bed that why i have returned and hopefully be back next month to replace my eldest sons too, keep up the great work.

It took me a while to choose the right mattress for my needs. Once on the phone the help I received was spot on.

I felt I was given plenty of opportunity to be able to look around the store and approach a staff member when I was ready rather than feeling pressured. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I found the offer all service from ordering to delivering was perfect and would definitely use dreams again.
