The staff were very very helpful and friendly,I had problems on internet placing order due to my inexperience ordering over the net,brilliant service

Trevor was extremely helpful and provide good advice and guidance of the beds and mattresses available. The price of beds were very competitive compared to other stores and the sleep guarantee left us with no worries in regards to confidence that our mattress would be comfortable and would have a good nights sleep.

We were treated courteously by all the staff, made to feel welcome and valued as customers. Our salesperson Jacqui was knowledgeable and very helpful. We were offered a drink and a demonstration of the item we were interested in, then given time to consider our options without being pressured at all.

I was given all the information needed to select the best bed for me. The knowledge of the advisor was superb and I could tell she knew what she was talking about

I work in sales so I tend to be very judgemental of sales people and just like to be left alone for a little while when I first arrive in a store. I had just visited bensons for beds and they were terrible. Wouldn't not leave me alone even when I stated straight away, "I'm just looking for now." My experience in Dreams was totally different. The salesperson, Jacqueline, was very knowledgeable and listened when we said we want have a look on our own. She was then available straight away when we did have questions.

Jacqueline, was really lovely and genuine in wanting to help my husband and I choose which mattress we wanted. She suggested help without being pushy. Went with what we asked, and explained all the options of firmness, springs, memory foam clearly and with no sales patter. She made our time in Dreams a dream !!

The lady who served me was knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, I had a specific item in mind, and this was readily available for delivery at a convenient date.

The salesman, Pavan Rishi (Kidd) was informative, helpful and had a very friendly manner in a non intrusive way. He's an employee to be proud of!
