The lady in the shop was very helpful and friendly

We were dealt with in a very professional manner by Mac , and answered all our queries .

The sales lady Jacqueline was very friendly and listened to our needs, she understood that we not only wanted the bed to feel comfortable we also wanted to match it in with our room. It goes very well in our bedtoom

The assistant talked us through the different bed types and was very helpful

The staff were very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. we visited the store on 2 occasions and delt with 2 different members of staff who gave us detailed advice on the beds and mattresses we were looking for.

We were highly satisfied as we felt the assistant was well trained and extremely helpful in helping us decide the mattress most suited to our needs.

Felt welcome in the store, left to our own devices and then approached by a member of staff (Jacqueline).

When I came into the store the employees were very helpful in answering my questions about the different mattresses and bed frames, as well as showing me all of the different products available, which helped confirm my decision
