Dreams - Coventry

This was my 2nd trip to Dreams this time with my 70 year old Father who needed new beds but was not entirely sure what to get as it has been a long time since he has been bed shopping. The assistance was very helpful and her advise was execptional. She advised us to first choose our mattress, then the base and finally the headboard. She listenend very carefully to my conversation with my father as we were looking to buy 2 beds. One for my father and one for my nephew as my dad kept on mentioning his name which she picked up on, and she also refered to him as if he was actually with us. We are were highly satisfied with her knowledge and there was no pressure to rush our decision she followed through all the way to ordering and payment. My father is very execited and really looking forward to delivery day which will be 24th March 2017.

The salesman Trevor seemed very knowledgeable and helpful .

I was given great help and good tips during my visit, I was even offered a hot drink.

Jacqueline served us on the original purchase od our mattress. Today I went in to buy the pillow she recommended before.

The shop assistant gave the right balance of been helpful with our order without applying pressure on us to purchase. She allowed us to look on our own whilst checking to see if we needed help. I feel this is what a shopping experience should be.

Great customer service, product knowledge and delivery dates. This will be the second Wilson Ottoman bed I have bought, they are easy to assemble, look fab and there's loads of storage space.

The sales person on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products. It took about 5 minutes and the order was placed. The email with the details/receipt of my purchase came through straight away. All the stress of trudging around the shop was taken away, thankfully and the delivery date suited me just fine.

I originally bought a bed from Bensons - they delivered a mattress but not the bed. They said they would assemble FOC when they delivered it - but then refused when they delivered it... I refused the order! I was not prepared to risk not having the bed assembled having just had an operation... So, I came to Dreams as I've bought several beds from you before and organised a bed, delivery and assembly for just over a week away. This is perfect. I'm very pleased with the speed and if everything goes to plan, it will blow Benson's out of the water! Bensons couldn't even be bothered to phone to let me know they had stock issues on the 1st delivery day - they let the delivery driver call to say there was a problem - not admitting it was a stock issue. They tried to get away with "It's not on the van"... but I said to them that it was ordered and paid for on 31/12/16 and as I could see their warehouse from my house, they should be able to nip back for my bed! Not a good experience - please let Dreams deliver when agreed!!!!
