The member of staff came to help and listened to everything i was looking for as well as specifications because of the size of the room the bed would be going into. Also helped with my concerns i had about the storage beds and the stability concerns. Everything was then done quickly and efficiently for the order and was pleased with how fast could have the delivery day and also with member of staff sorting the delivery charge, recycling of our old bed and the building as well. Took a lot of stress out of it.

The sales agent was extremely polite, courteous and did not try to sell products we were not interested in.

On arrival Mac approached and asked if we needed any help, then he actually remembered my daughter and I from the last time we purchased a bed, because of his excellent service we have returned to Dreams several times over the last 8 years, Mac has always served us. He explained the colour codes and showed us products that matched our budget. Mac gave us plenty of time to make a choice, which is part of the appeal, no hard sale just interested in customer satisfaction. Mac knew all the information on all the products we expressed an interest in. Delivery is next Tuesday, what more can a customer ask for. Excellent service, Excellent products!

The salesman explained everything we needed to know about the product. Spent time showing us the various options and offered very useful advice. he never exerted any pressure to purchase and we felt very relaxed about the whole process.
