From the moment we walked in to store we caught the eye of a lady who worked there, Jacqueline. The Coventry store. From the get go she was very helpful and informative. She interacted with us and even had a little play around with our son (who was getting a little bored looking for mattresses for mummy and daddy). She helped us out a lot and we quickly made our purchase. We highly recommend dreams. Very helpful staff, friendly, fun and seem like they care about what you're saying. Great job guys

We had a very clear explanation of the types of mattresses available, how they were constructed and suggestions of what would be the best one to choose for my problem of Arthritis in the spine - we never had this information given to us when previously buying a mattress. The result was that we had been more or less buying blindfold !

We experienced a house fire back in October 2016 and has been a very difficult time for me and my family. We are now in a position to start buying goods for the house and has been an overwhelming experience all round. This was eased by the gentleman who served us (I did know his name but has escaped me). He assisted us, provided coffee, with adequate time to think about our options and what we needed. The salesman also brought some mattresses out of stock to try too try as additional options. We decided to go and get some lunch to think about the options and our needs (and phone my eldest daughter to ensure she was happy with her speaker bed that we had chosen). To cut a long story short, we came back to the store, and was greeted again by the same gentleman once he finished with the current customer (did not wait long), we were approached by other team members but advised we would wait for the first gentleman we had seen. The sales process was smooth and we were in and out and the funds paid, email confirmation received too. It was a great shopping experience, and appreciate how easy this was made for us helping us rebuild our home. Thanks Dreams!

We were very satisfied when we went to the store to look at mattresses the guy in the bexhill store helped us no end of what to try as we wanted a firm mattress. He explained everything to me about the insides of the mattresses which was really helpful being we didn't know there was so much to a mattress. We then left the store pretty well knowing which one we wanted and placed the order over the phone

We just felt really looked after whilst there and not pressured at all. We were even made a cup of coffee.
