Was not pounced on when we first walked in this happens in a lot of shops these days but dreams staff left us to it until we wanted assistance. Greeted with a smile was lovely too.

Staff welcomed us in to the store, answered all the questions we asked and didn't push for a sale witch gave us the time to decide on what we wanted! Also let us push back delivery as we haven't finished the room yet.

The assistant Jacqueline at the galliger branch Coventry was the most helpful lady and most friendly knowledgable person made us feel very welcome and happy to be buying our beds there that day .

Max who served me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. I liked him. He very quickly understood what I needed and was courteous and helpful throughout.
