The knowledge of the member of staff who helped us was extensive. Really knew his stuff. Very friendly and not at all pushy

Friendly & helpful staff. We took our time looking at the products & didn't feel pressurised into buying anything as soon as we walked in. We were offered drinks whilst we were there as well. We could test the mattresses as many times as we liked & the colour coding was explained to us. Very impressed by how quick it was to place the order & pay for the goods.

We were slightly apprehensive when we approached the shop because we couldn't see any other customers through the windows and were worried that we might have been 'pounced' upon when we got inside. We needn't have worried though, because we weren't approached for a short time while we had a good look around. I was slightly bemused at the amount of different types of mattress available and asked one of the staff for some help (Trevor). He explained about each one, asking what sort I was looking for, and encouraging me to try them out. He had to excuse himself once, because he had been dealing with another customer, then returned to help if we needed it. I soon made my mind up and he was friendly and chatty while we went through the payment process. I was very pleased with the advice he offered and thanked him as we left.

Your assistant, Anna, was extremely helpful and informative. She quickly grasped what we were looking for and gave clear guidance and advice. She guided us through the process and was able to answer all our many questions. The added bonus of money off and a 40 day trial were also factors which helped to seal the deal. At no time did we feel pressured. To me this is very important. If it happens anywhere, Imjust leave the shop. At no time did this happen. We were treated with friendliness and respect. Thank you Anna. Just to make sure I have the right name, she was a lovely polish lady. The only one in store !

always find your store has what we need and friendly staff who know their stuff. we never go anywhere else for beds this will be our 4th purchase

We were assisted by Trevor in store who was very helpful and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable about product range and helped with our choice of bed frame for our spare room.We will be back in the future to order more furniture.

The sales assistant (Jacequline) was very professional, had good product, wanted to understand our preferences and with that knowledge helped us to get the best value mattress that matched our needs.

The sale's man was was experienced and helpful.

My daughter and I were offered new pillows to try on the bed and were also supported in the sleep experience which was amazing .The staff were helpful in displaying the opening of the ottoman bed as well as how to use the television equipment . We were also offered refreshments whilst we waited for our order to be processed.
