Trevor was incredibly helpful throughout our visit, we needed a mattress the same day and he helped organise it with a local man with a van. So happy with my new mattress and the service.

Having spent many years in the retail trade at an executive level I can honestly say that from start to purchase I could not fault the the experience in any way. I would go as far as saying that the service was in my view unbeatable and as good as I have ever experienced and made shopping with you a pleasure.

We had been to another shop and found the experience very stressful, we decided to have a look in dreams, it was a good decision, from the moment we walked in we were greated with a smile, we had dealt with Trevor, he was so helpful and very knowledgeable with the products and our needs, we had sorted a new mattress with in an hour, really great experience, looking forward to trying our new mattress.

I’ve just moved back from the states and needed mattresses quickly as we have nothing and was moving into a new property Friday. Mark greeted us with a smile and a warm good morning he then spent time looking at mattresses for quick delivery he found a few for me and my son to try explaining the differences between each mattress. We than sat down placed the order and got our mattress Saturday. Excellent service from start to finish I’ll defiantly be back when we need new bedframes.

It was a return visit to purchase a further bed. The original visit was so good and assistance provided I went back to the same store.

From the moment we walked into the store we were made welcome and not pushed into choosing an item, all aspects were considered. The team also helped with a future requirement we have ..very pleased.

Jackie was very friendly and helpful. She could tell I had no clue what I was looking for and guided me well. Knew when to help and when to give me space. Order was placed and completed very quickly
