We were greeted politely and respectfully. Trevor ensured that he understood our needs and presented appropriate products. Not only were we extremely pleased with the professionalism and products available, we both thought that Trevor was a thoroughly nice chap and we were happy to purchase from him. We had been to Bensons for Beds just prior to Dreams and the service and welcome we received from Trevor was worlds above that of the lady in Bensons. We are about to move home and will be extending our new property, so we will definitely require a couple more beds and matresses in the near future.

Excellent service and very helpful staff made it very easy to purchase and there was £600 off my bed!

Very good service and advice

Was very well attended to by Trevor. He did not push the sale and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. We were offered tea and coffee and just felt very welcome.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, explained difference in mattresses, fully informant on delivery etc., answered all enquiries, not pushy, left to roam around store and try any mattresses/beds.

I was very satisfied with my experience as it provided me with the knowledge about the various products available and what was right for us. I went in to just see what was out there but ended up spending £1300 on a mattress, I'm not usually that impulsive but felt I had all the data I needed and had found the product that was perfect for us.

The assistance I received from Kid the Sales assistant and the store Manager Mark was fabulous. I was even give a fresh coffee to enjoy while I browsed thru the store.

I have purchased on 2 occasions at my local store and on both occasions we were dealt with within moments of stepping inside the store being offered refreshments which we have never encountered before.The staff were very helpful with information that helped us with our choice of products.The staff are also very friendly and comfortable to talk to.
