It was over the phone but the sales person called mac was friendly and gave me as much info as he could while not taking to long at all with my order

My phone call to make enq. was answered quickly. The operator was able to make suggestions as to my choice of bed bases and supply price and an idea of quality and choice of colour etc. The operator was also able to assist with my choice by offering a discount.

We have enjoyed our Dream bed for some years and when an accident meant it has to be replaced your staff (on-line and on the phone) were knowledgable,helpful , calm and above what we both expected. When your world as fallen into pieces someone who helps and understands your problem is oh so very wonderful!Thank-you all so much.

Mac was quick to serve me and the air bed was in stock to take away but there wasn't one on display so I could see it, which id have liked.

Found mattress I wanted and was offered help by Trevor who was polite and pleasant. Offered collection of old mattress which I was happy to pay for after he explained that you recycle all stuff removed. He then explained 40 day sleep guarantee and offered me further guarantee which I also purchased. Transaction took no more than 10 minutes and delivery will be on a day convenient for me. Well deserved pat on the back to Trevor.
