The product I wanted was available, the extras I needed were available and the service I received was friendly and helpful.

I was extremely statisfied with my experience at this Dreams store because in seconds of entering the store I was welcomed by a member of staff from the Coventry Gallagher store. Named Mac, he guided us very efficiently around the store pointing out varies bed and mattress. Moreover he displayed amazing product knowledge not only knowing every bed in the store however knowing recent bed styles that had recently been released online which weren't present in store at the present time. Being offered tea and coffee whilst looking at beds was a very noticeable generous gesture. Mac amongst all other colleagues were very efficient moreover explained the various payment methods very effectively.

I placed my order over the phone. Surprised someone was there after 8pm. The gentleman who took my order was friendly and took his time to find out what type of imbed I wanted and advised a good mattress. Very friendly and helpful.

Sales adviser (Trevor) seemed very knowledgeable to our needs as we haven't bought a new bed for many years - Far more than eight!! - Even made us a cuppa which we weren't expecting. We'd already been to two other stores that day at the same retail park (Benson's & Mattressman). We seemed to be made more welcome at Dreams than theother two & all the staff were very friendly - Nothing seemed too much trouble, all our questions were answered & any requests for information given
