The quality of Dreams products are always the bed which is why I return. Jacqueline who served us today added to the experience of the fantastic service for us. She was friendly, patient and understanding of what we were looking for. She didn't pressure us and she made all the information available in an unbiased way so we felt we could make our own choice without feeling pushed in a particular direction. In a world where it feels like customer service is taking a back seat, Jacqueline brought it to the forefront with class and a personal touch. Thank you for making an expensive choice feel less stressful.

The understanding of what we required was noted by the extremely knowledgable and friendly member of your staff who went out her way to assist us. We managed to purchase abed which will suit our particular needs for our spare room.

As expected at Dreams, we were greeted warmly, directed in the right direction and advised that staff were available to assist as and when we needed help and information. Went in for a mattress, left having purchased a bed, no hard sell involved. The experience differs somewhat from the approach of a certain electrical store where team members seem to harass potential customers with offers of product knowledge even when informed that one is only browsing.
