The customer assistant was very friendly & knowledgeable helping me to select the right purchase for me. I was even offered a drink which I thought was very kind. The customer care was second to none as she told me about the Blue Cross offers in store & I finally opted to purchase one of these at a greatly discounted price. Even on this offer I was given a free ortho pillow to compliment my purchase. I will definately recommend Dreams as the product quality & customer care is excellent. Thank you.

We were approached by a member of staff with a warm welcome and were explained the store layout. We also got offer a cold glass of water on a warm day which was quite nice of Mac. We finalised our order and were thanked my staff and the kept the kids occupied.

I visited the Dreams store in Trowbridge and was greated by a lovely member of staff called Natasha, she was extremely helpful and very knowledgable. We didn't purchase the mattress then as we wanted to go away and think about it. I did phone later that day to place the order with her but sadly she had finished for the day. Making the purchase on line was what I did but Natasha help had help me make my choice. The gentleman on line was very helpful patient and understanding in helping me with my purchase. THE BEDS ON SHOW WERE EXCELLENT AND OFFERED A WIDE CHOICE. JACQUELINE, THE SALES ASSISTANT TOOK TIME TO UNDERSTAND OUR NEEDS AND HELPED US TRY DIFFERENT BEDS/PILLOW COMBINATIONS. SHE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS OPENLY AND HONESTLY, WHEN COMPARING MATTERESSES ETC. HER OVERALL KNOWLEDGE AND ATTENTION TO OUR NEEDS GAVE US CONFIDENCE IN OUR DECISON MAKING - EVEN WHEN THE PRICE WHEN WAS CALCULATED! OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE - GREAT COMBINATION OF PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, LEAVING MY WIFE AND I EXCITED BY THE PURCHASE AND LOOKING FORWARD TO THE DELIVERY.

I was placing an order online but unhappy with the delay for delivery so I called directly. The lady Jacklyn that I spoke with was very helpful and was able to advise me about alternatives so that I would receive my order this week. She was very knowledgeable about the product and I felt very pleased with the outcome.

Due to the friendly service received in store. I was also given a cold drink, a nice touch.

I was highly satisfied with the whole experience in store and the service received during my visit, there was a wide range of mattresses available, I was even kindly offered a hot drink while I tried te various mattresses.

2 sing le bed mattresses were required. These were both in stock, rolled up ( able to fit in my car and cheaper (and better quality) than either "mattress man or bensons for beds!!!!
