I normally lack pleasure in purchasing any product but on this occassion Mac your representative, demonstrated product knowledge, humour and professionalism,leaving me quite content with the experience

Jacqueline was most welcoming, highly informative, not pushy...she had a fantastic understanding of the products, both on display and the website...Never once did we feel obligated to buy something we didn't need.... She went through all the paperwork with me, answering my questions without hesitation. A fantastic service, from an exceptional representative of Dreams.

We were welcomed to the store by Anna but we're then left to ask for help and not pushed.

Exceeded my expectations - delighted to get an ex display bed.

I would get all my bed from dreams in the future as all of the other stores are over priced and not good quality. I rate dreams out 1 to 10 - 10

Excellent experience, we were not totally sure of what we required in a mattress, Jackie came and ask if she could be of help, when we explained why we were looking for a new mattress, she explained what we did not want and told us the best mattresses for our requirements. Jackie explained the difference between the two we were most interested in and let us keep trying them and walked away giving us space to discuss between ourselves. She came back over after a while and explained the sales options on both and left us again. When we finally choose she explained once again the sale options so we fully understood. Excellent as she made sure we understood but no pressure to purchase.

Dreams consultant was very friendly. Not pushy or hard selling. Very honest. Spent time with us making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. At the same time giving us time alone to think and not feel pressured to buy.
