I have been a Dreams customer for 10 years because of satisfaction and professionalism of the staff, it makes it easy to have all the answers on my finger tips.

The lady serving us was very helpful, very kind, offered us all the help and information on the different mattresses that we were interested in. She listened to what we wanted and gave us information to suit.

Trevor was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I am having treatment for a medical condition that can make me less than coherent at times,my old bed frame collapsed and I needed to purchase another one reasonably quickly and it is thanks to Trevor that this task was easier for me. I wish there were more like him. He is a credit to Dreams.

A very helpful gentleman called Trevor, spent time with us, ensure we understood the products and made the right decision, also advised us about the change policy.

Mac your sales assistant was very professional and very patient especially as he was working by himself with people constantly coming in the store, his product knowledge was excellent and i wouldn't hesitate to seek him out again for help.

When we went to the Coventry store we already new what we wanted to buy. The sales staff were very helpful in showing us the products we had chosen and even made us a cup of coffee. The only downside was that the colour of bed frame we chose was not in stock so we had to rely on a brochure.
