The colleague who served us, Mac, was highly knowledgeable on both the frames and mattresses. He was also able to identify a price range for us and specifically identify products which would meet both mine and my partners needs, within that price range and all options were laid out very clearly. The paperwork aspect of the deal was all taken care of very quickly and everything explained clearly

We were greeted by Jacqueline who was very pleasant and helpful, I had my grown up children with me and even they commented on the excellent product knowledge that Jacqueline had, we spent quite a time trying beds as we were buying 3 separate mattresses but nothing was too much trouble for Jacqueline .

Mac was a very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable chap and dealt with me quickly. I wait to see the delivery

Placing an order was easier then I thought. I normally like to buy online for convenience but the help I received from the Sales guy Kid in store made me go think about going back to more traditional in store shopping!

We have been looking for a new mattress for a while and we always come across pushy sales assistants who didn't really listen or know their products! Not Mac, he was so very helpful and informative with helping us choose the right matress and pillows for us! We have already recommended Dreams and Mac to our family and friends!
