The selection was very good and I like the idea of colour coding, eg soft to very firm. The salesman was very good at his job . Any question we asked he answered. It turns out we live not far from him so we had a good chat about neighbourhood. Very pleased we have not got long to wait for our delivery. I would definitely recommend your firm as nothing was rushed unlike some firms .

Served by a lady called Jacqueline, she was extremely helpful, knowledgable about the product range and able to match suitable products to our needs. She was enthusiastic about her job and the products on offer. Often our shopping experiences are spoilt by overbearing and pushy sales assistants, however Jaqueline was the opposite, as she gave us time to make our own decision in our own time, but was always on hand with advice when we needed it. Overall it was a pleasurable experience.

She listened to what I wanted and advised me very well, which resulted in me finding exactly what I was looking for. Jackie was very professional and a pleasure to talk to.
