We went to the store today with the intention of purchasing a mattress for an existing bed we have. We were greeted by Trevor, a store assistant shortly after we arrived and he offered to show us the tempur pod as we were looking at this range in store. This pod was very relaxing and we were offered hot drinks and left to relax. The whole shopping experience was unpressured and helpful. Trevor was very responsive to what we were asking for and considerate of my partners needs with regards to her bad back. Whilst we went in to buy only a mattress we ended up purchasing a whole bed, mattress, head board and pillows / duvet. This was due to Trevor's sales approach and we are very happy with our decision and price. Service and products were excellent, especially in comparison to other stores we visited on the same day.

The store had exactly what I've been looking for and the assistance given was first class. Nothing was too much trouble.
