Trevor was very very helpful, and showed us to the right bed for us. Also Marc (think that's wrong, sorry if not) made me two lovely cups of tea, and gave drinks to my husband & daughter. He also gave my daughter a biscuit which was very nice of him :-)

Firstly, when we went in, a member of staff came over to us and asked us if we needed help with looking for anything and offered us a drink. Then they showed us the range of products we were looking for and knew all about prices and dimensions. Ordering was really quick and delivery is also really quick and Jackie who served us was really helpful.

Jackie, the assistant was very helpful. She had good product knowledge and was able to suggest the right mattress for us. She also offered us a good deal with pillows

Friendly and helpful staff, clean store, offered tea and an alternative but similar product as the product I wanted was out of stock. Good prices and offered free delivery although had own transport.

I had an issue when trying to place an order before the sale was up. I called Mac at the Coventry store. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
