I was approached by a member of staff immediately, I explained that I wasn't quite sure what sort of mattress I wanted as I didn't have much knowledge. The staff member talked me through all the different options and was very helpful.

Been to various shops looking for an oak bed frame and been unable to find exactly what I wanted. Walked into Dreams and saw one immediately. So much choice in mattresses so needed some advice and information. Jacqueline at the store was brilliant. Gave us all the info we needed and encouraged us to try out the various styles, giving us time and space to go round the store in our own time. She said to take as long as we needed and just let her know when we had decided or if we needed more help. Not pushy at all, just really helpful. Explained about the free interest available and about 40 day change of mattress if we weren't happy. We didnt know about either of these. Brilliant service from her. Will definitely be recommending Dreams. Will be returning to buy another bed for our guest bedroom.

The salesperson, Trevor was very friendly but professional too. He was knowledgable about the product and explained things very clearly. He was very clear about the different options and seemed to genuinely want me to be happy with my choice. He made sure I had enough time to consider my decision and explained the comfort exchange guarantee.

We had in mind the type of bed we wanted and found it in the showroom. On entering the store, your colleague, Jacqueline, welcomed us and asked what we were looking for. She pointed us in the direction of suitable alternatives and, once our choices were made, was efficient and extremely friendly when sorting our order. A very easy, relaxed experience of bed shopping.

The product we had chosen was not available in the time we required, however we were pleased and very satisfied with the help provided by the phone person who appeared very knowledgeable in suggesting an alternative. Delivery time was short and exactly met our requirements. The delivery team were excellent, clean, quick and efficient. Great overall experience.

The rep knew exactly what we required after a little chat, and explained in deep what each colour meant on the beds and the comfort levels you could have. Me myself being of a larger size and needed a very robust mattress, with his help we had it sorted in a very short time and I am very satisfied with the final product.
