Mac clearly knew his stuff and was able to point me in the right direction. He gave me options, considering my budget and looked at alternatives which I may not have otherwise considered. I ultimately chose a higher quality, slightly more expensive option as a consequence. But I felt happy having made the ultimate decision. The delivery options were made clear to me and I was not pressurised into a sale / purchase. I was offered refreshments whilst I waiting; taking him up on the offer of a mug of coffee. I felt that my selection was informed and considered; Mac helped me to come to this decision without any measure of coersion or prompting. All in all, a satisfactory purchase and a positive experience.

The Dreams Representative was Customer Oriented, was not pushy, and answered all our questions with expertise and patience. A pleasure doing business with him.

The assistant was very helpful and courteous and was helpful in us making a decision on our purchase.

We were pleased with the knowledge of the staff and he was not pushy to buy the product but really steered us towards the bed and mattress that suited our needs.

The colleague who served us was very welcoming, offering refreshments and took the time to understand what we were looking for, making suggestions along the way. He wasnt pushy and suggested we take time to think before committing to a purchase.

MY WIFE AN I WERE LOKING FOR A NEW BED AND MATERESS. WE HAD BEEN IN A FEW SHOW ROOMS, BUT DREAMS JUST SEEM TO HAVE THE EDGE ON QUALITY, THE SALES MAN DID NOT RUSH UP TO US, BUT LET US BROWS ABOUT, AND ONLY CAME TO US ON OUR REQUEST FOR HELP. HE WAS VERY POLITE , EVEN ASKED US IF WE WOULD LIKE A DRINK OF TEA / COFFEE. ALL IN ALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENC, THR SALES MANS NAME WAS MAC, AND THE LADY WHO MADE A GOOD CUP OF TEA WAS JACQLINE

As soon as I walked in the store Mac approached and helped me and was extremely attentative until we finished buying what we needed - excellent customer service.

Information about the product was clear and informative. Didnot feel pressured to buy and was given time to try product. The assistance was helpful and understanding.
