This is my third visit back at Dreams Coventry and i am always well served by Trevor and surprised that he still remembered me after 3 months or so. He gets my order done fast and gets me what i want instantly.

I was not hassled by staff when entering the store and when I had finished looking around. I approached a meme bear of staff (Mac) who helped me find the mattress my wife and I were looking for. He was polite,informative and very helpful giving me further discount on the mattress and a mattress protector to boot. He arranged a convenient time for delivery and the whole process was very well handled. I was impressed with his knowledge and the way in which he dealt with my enquiry. A pleasing experience and as a result of this salesman I will return to this store when I need another bed. Well done Mac.

Trevor the man that served me was so amazing , I must have spent half an hour talking to him. I told him I did not need my mattress delivering straight the way because I was decorating he went out of his way to fit it in when I needed it. I thought he went way beyond his duties, what a lovely man. There are still nice people in this world. He is s wonderful sales person. Many thanks.

I visited the store initially, the member of staff was very helpful and informative. Not being able to find the item i had seen online, i phoned and ordered that way. The guy on the phone was helpful and knowledgeable. I would however have preferred the mattress to have been delivered in a shorter time. I was told 2 weeks

I have Parkinsons disease and Muscular Sclerosis and have specific needs when purchasing a bed. My husband and I were more than satisfied with the Salesman at Dreams who made every effort to ensure my needs were addressed at every stage of the sale. He was patient and listened carefully to my concerns andmy husband and I never felt rusheded during the whole shopping experience. We were offered refreshment to ensure our comfort and were helped to the car with our extra purchases of pillows etc.
