Really good customer service the man I spoke to on the phone in Coventry was called Trevor very very friendly and helpful promised delivery date the whole process of ordering was really efficient due to one of your staff thank u will definately return as purchased off u a few times

On arrival at the store we were not bombarded with a sales person. We had time time to look around, find an item we liked and then when we were ready to enquire, assistance was available.

Only came into store to assess which type of mattress , would be best option , but just short time with your brilliant team member Mac at the Gallagher Park store Coventry , we went ahead and bought bed and mattress !. Man was very helpful and afformative on mattresses and prices and was able to place me an Oder with a mattress upstairs which gave me a discount. Was happy with discounted price and looking forward to receiving my bed😀

Was looked after from the moment we stepped into your showroom by a gentleman call Trevor his knowledge of goods was very important to us. Helped us massively in choosing our new mattress. Very thorough in the after sales side of things going through everything we needed to know i.e. Delivery dates bagging our old mattress ready for pick up and telling us about the 40 day trial period.
