Anna, who took our order, was friendly, knowledgeable and dealt with us in a most competent manner. The store was clean, tidy with lots of choice. The other staff who we came into contact with were also friendly and respectful

Upon entering me and my Grandfather were greeted by Mac, who remembered myself from the last time I came into the store the previous week, he went through all the available deals on offer in store to help me get the bed and mattress I desired for the best possible price. Mac offered me and my grandfather a tea or coffee as we sat down to discuss the purchase and he was over extremely helpful and polite, making the choosing of a bed and mattress which were suitable for me much simpler.
