Dreams - Coventry

We were seen straight away and the salesmen knew what we were after and offered us a great deal

It was the second purchase that we have made from Dreams - 7 years ago was the first purchase!, and we were very satisfied then. We had been to other stores before we went back to Dreams but Dreams were able to meet our needs successfully. The store assisatant was extremely helpful and we will have no hesitation recommending Dreams in the future and may also be making another purchase in the new year.

Easy to view all products and the knowledge of the staff involved

I was able to see and try out what I wanted in the store and then came home to talk about it and then phoned you call centre and ordered the product we wanted. All with friendly helpful inshore staff in Swansea and then in your call centre with Jaqueline.

MAC was very knowledgeable and helpful . He added two protectors and pillows on to the order for me .

the lady who served me and my wife was extremely patience and knew her products. There was no pressure to buy and she did us a fantastic deal.
