The advisor Jacqueline was a absolute dream, she was very aware of us needing personal space and never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured at all. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us all the information we wanted.

Staff member, Trevor, was friendly and understanding of our needs - gave us a lot of information about the products and even threw in some extras for us. Now, we wait for the mattress we chose! Overall, very pleasant buying experience.

the staff were very helpful listened to what we said and asked for we were shown all the models you had in the shop and the sales man was very good and polite it made a difference that staff did not follow us round the shop until we were ready to ask questions our slaes man was Rangzeb and am very delighted with the service we got and the bed we had thank you.
