The sales assistant was very friendly, knew what he was talking about and very importantly offered me a cup of tea.

I explained the needs of the person I was buying the mattress for and the assistant, Trever, was knowledgeable of both my line of work and the type of product which would serve my purposes. He reduced the advertised cost of the product and threw in accessories. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely go there again when I'm looking for beds.

We found what we were looking for and the sales rep was accommodating and happy to help.

I was attended to promptly, all my questions were answered. Recommendations were made about trying the mechanism of the ottoman base to make sure it was suitable. The removal of the old base was a plus point in my decision making.

Trevor and the rest of the staff we met were incredibly patient, knowledgeable and considerate in what was to be a decision we knew would not be easy. Clare has had back problems and is consequently nervous about choosing a new bed. If we add that to the fact that our previous choice had not been anywhere near as satisfactory as we had imagined, then the degree of difficulty is multiplied. However, as we said, Trevor and the others in the team firstly allayed our worries and then simply allowed us, over the course of a number of extended visits, with their guidance and expertise to come to the final, right decision with which we were both happy.
