The bed was a good price in the sale and so was the mattress, the staff answered every question positively and was very helpful

The assistant in the shop was lovely very knowledgeable and helpful. She made every effort to understand our needs and was funny and cheerful at the same time. She made the experience very easy and painless. 5* service.

Unable to order the item I wanted online so phoned the telephone number given to ask for advice. The man answering the phone was very helpful and offered to order the item for me whilst on the phone. This only took a matter of minutes therefore was a very quick and easy process.

First I visited other bed suppliers and then luckily called at the Dreams Coventry Branch and was met with a smile and a very helpful salesman (Trevor) who was very, very helpful .. as I am not an expect in beds he gave me plenty of time and listened to my requirements. He then gave me plenty of advise and was full of knowledge which I found was very helpful .. I found the showrooms very welcoming and what was nice .. no hard sell, just sound advise .. great place to shop.

Walked into the store , greeted straight away . Looked around and was offered advice , very friendly proffessional service . Tried out mattresses / pillows , was offered coffee . Mark was great , and helped us a lot. Nothing was too much for him . Asset to the company ! Thank you.....
