Everyone was so helpful every step of the way from order to deliver and construction.

Great quality of beds and mattresses and very friendly and welcoming staff extremely high on product knowledge and listened to what we had to say and pointed us into the right direction for our needs and answered any questions we and was thorough in explaining to good and bad things which was nice the honesty. Very very impressed

Jacqueline was most pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the products I wanted to look at, based on my study of the Dreams web site, Although I live in Leamington Spa I travelled all the way to Gallagher Retail Park the other side of Coventry to view and try out the mattress and ottoman base (the website stated the bed was not on display in Leamington Spa. There was no 'SALE' on at the time if my visit but was reassured by Jacqueline that I would not be disadvantaged making my purchase there and then, as if the items were reduced in a post Chriistmmas Sale, I would be honoured 'Sale' prices.

We went into the Coventry store to get a new mattress. Jaquie was assisting us and we did not feel pressured into buying. We we're able to take our time. Fantastic customer service. Friendly staff, professional and very knowledgeable.
