Dreams - Coventry

This is the fourth time I have purchased in the last few years from Dreams. I always compare with other suppliers but Dreams always give the best value and are more flexible in their approach as they were able to sort out deliveries to two separate addresses.

great customer service & good advice. Saturday delivery option. good products to see and test, what more could you ask for!

We were greeted by the salesman (Mac) who advised us in our needs he then left us to wander around at our leisure. When we shortlisted our mattress he advised us about each product of which he was extremely helpful and knowledgable

The ease of placing the order, I even was offered a complimentary hot drink.

After visiting a few times each time we were not rushed help was very good When ordering Jackie was very good and friendly enjoyed a coffee whilst waiting All in for.ation was explained well x

Jacqueline who served us was excellent in every way, we thought we new exactly what we wanted but she changed our minds and met our needs better. We visited a competitors store before placing the order. On returning we had to wait as she was dealing with another purchaser but that was fine, well worth the wait.

The salesman Trevor Monaghan was highly knowledgeable on the product range we were looking for. (Bed and Mattress). We arrived just after 9:00 when the store opened so there were no other customers at that time. It was nice to walk into a store, look around withoutbeing pressurised or asked "Can I help you" He did not hover or pester, but was instantly available when we were ready to discuss our needs with him. He explained clearly and concisely the options of beds/mattress available and the different types of finance available dependant upon our needs.

So pleased with product and the price.

Your colleague called kidd at your Coventry store was very helpful and friendly. He explained the colour coding and showed us to lots of different types of mattresses. Once we had chosen he asked if we would like a hot drink whilst we completed the paperwork. My partner asked for a cup if tea which the store manager made whilst kidd entered our order and arranged our delivery. Once our order was processed we were not made to feel like we had to leave as my partner was still finishing his very nice cup of tea and my children were still trying out all the different mattresses.

Helpfull, conscientious assistant. Everything / order process explained clearly.
