Dreams - Coventry

We popped in to your Coventry store at Gallagher retail park on the way to a competitor. We were given the right amount of time to browse before being asked if we wanted some help looking for what we wanted by Trevor. He showed us to the correct area of store and was very helpful in explaining to us the differences between the mattresses. We soon found one that was better than what we had seen online and is was on sale at a great price. There was no 'hard sell' and we took our time before deciding it was the right bed and price for us. The finance was set up smoothly and explained in detail and we left very happy. We now look forward to taking delivery of our new bed.

Due to the vast range of mattress displayed in store, your assistant Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the differences and how to judge if each one was suitable for what we were looking for in a mattress.

We were welcomed to the store and the assistance were very friendly and helpful - even left us alone so we could talk about it which i found very good, most assistance are over the top and won't leave you along until you have purchased something - Dreams didn't do that. It was a dream to go into the store!!

The assistant enquired if he could help, a short time after my wife and I arrived in the store having given us time to look at the range you were selling. He was not pushy,but veryhelpful and answered all our questions
