Jacqueline, the lady who served us, was very helpful. She explained all the different types of beds and later the pillows to us and allowed us plenty of time to make our decision. She did not try to push anything on us, and we appreciated her knowledge and assistance a great deal.

Trevor, the sales assistant that helped us, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during our visit. He talked us through the best options for our needs and gave us multiple options for what we were looking for. He demonstrated the products we looked at and gave us lots of information on the products that wasn't readily available on the website. Trevor also informed us of offers and best pricing options that weren't immediately obvious to us. Overall, a very satisfying visit!
