I could not fault the assistant Jacqueline who made the whole experience easy nothing was to much trouble and she knew exactly what I wanted

Excellent Customer service, knowledge of the staff (Trevor - 2072), advice, no pushy sale representative. Right time and advice.

We had problems with an order from a different company and after 3 years find the branded mattresses are not up to standard .Therefore we already need to purchase new ones. Your assistant was very helpful advising us on the type of mattresses we were looking for After our bad experience last time we really appreciated Jacquelinel advice.

We were served by Trevor, he was brilliant, understood what we needed and fantastic knowledge of products

Sales colleague was excellent... name of Trevor.. knowledgeable and very helpful

No rush, plenty of options given. Staff who knew their product.

Really well looked after by Trevor, gave us more than enough help and guidance and was a very pleasant gentleman. The mattress floor is really well planned with the colour coded mattress.

I was not under any sales pressure by the salesman.

Sales advisor gave us all the information we needed, was able to answer all our questions in a friendly, professional manner. She was very knowledgeable about the bed we were looking at. We appreciated the way she left us to lay on the bed to discuss it ourselves.

Mac the assistant was very helpful and friendly, even when our two young children were running around. He have great advice and help us choose what we need.
