Unfortunately real service is a rare experience for us in recent years . From the moment Mac approached us at Dreams this was going to be different. His manner, knowledge and warm personality ensured we didn't need to go anywhere else. Well done Mac and well done Dreams. Thank you!

we went to the store to look at bed frames and liked the Lucia fabric but wanted a cream colour, which dreams don't do as Mac had explained. so he showed us the Manhattan which was available in cream but leather. my husband liked it but I didn't, after looking around in BENSONS and mattress man we decided to go back to dreams as the best was there. Also Mac was not pushy or following us around the store like Bensons did.

Great knowledge of product. Didn't push for a sale. Gave information then left you , no hard selling. Very helpful.

It was our first visit to Dreams, we were welcomed on arrival but not "pounced" upon. The store manager approached us after a few moments and told us to call upon him or his colleague whenever we were ready, but left us to browse. His colleague then answered all our questions without once trying to pressurise us, which is refreshing these days. We have been very impressed.

Customer service was excellent and we were not made to feel awkward when lying on the beds, also offered a tea whilst browsing the goods, the assistant who helped us knew what he was talking about and did not pressure sell which is always a bonus :)

All of our questions were answered immediately by very friendly staff. The different types of mattress were explained to us very thoroughly and made our decision making very easy.
