Jacqueline approached us when she saw that we were looking for assistance - she was friendly yet professional, and asked relevant questions to find out what my needs were . . . then once we had narrowed the choice down she left us to lie on the beds ad discuss amongst ourselves. I then went over to Benson Beds - but came back to Jacqueline, i was deliberating which bed to go for but didn't feel rushed or pressured, and with her help, finally decided on the right one for me.

Website is great and I got an email, Ema you left something in your basked, that made me to call the number stated in email for assistance and received a great service from a lovely man worker who helped me to complete my purchase. The reason why I didn't by my Mocha colour divan online was the delivery time 2-3 weeks away and wanted it this week. Your customer service offered me an option to purchase beige/cream colour of divan and I can have that one this week! So I went for it and I'm very happy about it. Thank you very much.
