My mattress being about 12 years and seeing your advert on television it enticed me to invest in a new mattress. I'm unable to go to store so I called your Tele sales and a colleague called Mac answered and helped me in choosing the right mattress. He knew his product knowledge.

We were very satisfied with the level of assistance we received, we were not pressured or rushed and given time to come to our own decision on which mattress to purchase after being given all the relevant information we required. Jackie was very pleasant and knew her product well

Jackie took time out to ask what our requirements were, showed us the products and then left us to browse and have a feel of the products to our own leisure. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and ha all the answers to hand. The ordering process was very smooth and efficient.

The assistant Jackie was very professional and friendly, listened to what we were looking for and showed us all the options available. She had great knowledge of all the mattresses on offer.
