Mac took time to show us various options and helped us make an informed decision on our purchase

There was no problem placing the order and the lady was very helpful.

Trevor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy or over selling.

The store is extremely clean and tidy. All pricing is very clear. Staff are very polite and helpful. At the time of our visit there was an issue with the IT system which meant we were unable to finalise our purchase on the day. The staff were apologetic and we were able to complete our order over the phone the next day.

I was very pleased to get straight through to a assistant, after trying so many different companies, who were not helpful and very rude to say the least. The lady I spoke with was so helpful in helping me to get the right bed, she spent a long time with me on the phone, and answered all my questions perfectly, she explained every detail, color, head board ,divan with drawers etc . It was a pleasure and a great relief to finally get the bed I want. I would like to say as I am 86yrs old, it took a lot of hassle from me, as I had tried at least three companies before I found you on the Internet. I would definitlely recommend you to other people.
