Dreams - Coventry

Jacqueline was very knowledgeable and asked us pertinent questions about what we were looking for, she got us to try the beds which fitted our needs and explained the differences in our price bracket. She was super friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. We had been to another store just before dreams and didn't receive anywhere near the same level of service.

I firstly attended Chester store. The staff member I spoke to was excellent, not pushy and had all the advice I needed. The colour coding system is great and made the experience an easy one. I came away to be honest to check prices first. The price given was comparable to other stores but I decided to buy it from yourselves due to the helpfulness of e staff n Chester. I rang the phone line and was put through to Coventry. The gentleman on the phone , the name of Mac was excellent and really helpful. Well done Dreams on having such great staff. A rarity these days. Thankyou. We will be back next week to buy my daughters mattress!

Kid was very helpful

Customer attention was really good and I didn't feel pressured to buy. The sales assistant was really accommodating. There was plenty of choice in store of both beds and mattresses. So pleased with the visit we went back two weeks later to order more!

Staff were very helpful pleasant and knowledgeable

time was taken to explain the different products to us and Mac our salesman was polite and knowledgable making the experience of buying the correct bed for our son a pleasurable one. We also bought a new bed and mattress for ourselves

You got me to spend £5000 on items which I had not gone into the store to purchase so you must be doing something right

Our visit to Dreams Coventry store was for research purpose only. Mac the Assistant manger welcomed us into the store and explained the full store layout. He was not pushy sales person. Left us in peace to look around. At the end we placed an order after spending nearly an hour in the store. From the start to finish the service was brill.

The Dreams colleague that looked after us, Trevor, was highly informed on the range and different products available, very friendly and assisted a great deal in helping to select two mattresses
