We were helped so much our sales lady Jacqueline was lovley friendly and helpful and really helped us make our purchase

I try to order online, but cant have the date I want. Is much much better that I place my order over thr phone. And the lady are so friend and have good Knowledge of the goods.

The store is extremely easy to locate and parking is excellent. Staff were immediately visible and ready to assist very friendly and offered drinks. The advisor Jaqueline knew her products well and gave her recommendations on the choices of slats and spring upholstered slats on the bed I ordered. It was a pleasure to deal with dreams and I would be happy to come back and also to recommend to my friends.

I replace my beds with dream's bed's because i have never had any problem's with your bed's. The staff are always helpful friendly knowledgeable.Learn;nt alot about matresses and bases talking to staff also had nice cup of tea made for me while waiting very nice. Always had silentnight bed's cause of the sprung bases would;nt be without one. Thanks again for good pricing/product/staff.

We weren't followed around the store like in some places. Help was readily available when required.

The assistant was very friendly seem to have good knowledge of products.seem genuine was not just selling a ,it has to be the one that is right for me. She understood what I was saying

Mark was very helpful and took his time understanding what I wanted, he showed me the differences in the mattress and explained what each bed would do support wise. He left me to try the beds which was nice as I didn’t feel rushed into my purchase. I’ll look forward to my new bed arriving soon.

The assistant was highly knowledgeable and friendly and the "3 for 2" offer made our purchase very competitive. In addition, all the furniture assembly is carried out by the supplier and their is no delivery charge either.
