The staff member named Mac was very friendly and understanding of my needs. No pushy sales tactics used. Very knowledgeable about the products that were stocked. Very happy with all the staff members in this store from previous visits even when no purchases were made.

The assistant Jackie Tolly and Store Manager were so helpful. Jackie showed me several types of beds and explained the differences in how they were constructed and what my suit me needs best. She then left me to try the beds without hushing me but was always on hand to answer my questions. The store was very relaxing. I liked the back ground music which was a big improvement on my last visit.
