Very friendly staff in the store; no problem with delivering to a 1st floor flat (this was a problem elsewhere I tried); free delivery (would have had to pay for delivery to a flat elsewhere I tried); excellent communication regarding delivery; great to get a 2 hr timeslot (only offered an all day time frame elsewhere I tried)

Fantastic customer service from Jacqueline. She was extremely helpful from the minute we walked through the door, we were going to visit Bensons for beds straight after visiting you store to view all options, however, because of Jacqueline’s explanation of the layout of the store, product knowledge & general top customer service we decided to do the deal there and then, a credit to your company.

Very good sales service from both assistants, worked past closing time to complete order. Detailed knowledge of products and clear impartial advice.

Was very impressed with Mac, the salesman, who was very informative and helpful and not pushy in any way

I was highly satisfied because the man in the shop was very helpful telling me which mattress was the best one. He wasn’t miserable either he was funny and made us laugh.

The assistant we saw stayed with us until we had all the information we needed then left us to make the decision in our own time. We were also offered a drink.

Trevor was really helpful on arrival took me and my partner upstairs in the store to find a bed frame first and then took us back down stairs to find a mattress we loved and was in our price range. Also gave us a lovely 10% discount which brought our monthly payments right down couldn’t of asked for much more.

The assistant; Mac welcomed us in the store he was pleasant and offered us a drink. Mac was very knowledgeable on the products; mattress base and headboards, he went out of his way to see if there were any sale items in stock to get value for money and discounts. My husband was on crutches, Mac was mindful, he walked slowly, removed obstacles and provided seating with space when completing the sales transaction.

Both Jackie who showed us our options and Trevor who took our order the following week were brilliant. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
