Mac was brilliant, he helped us find the right mattress for our needs, was very patient and made a great cuppa! The shop had plenty of choice and we never felt rushed to make a decision and helped with finding a mattress within our budget

I only purchased a bed head. A little more choice would have been nice. But no complaints whatsoever about Jackie who served me she was helpful knowledgeable and not over powering. She knew when to step back so we could talk on our own. Full marks Jackie

The service I received was amazing. Was tourd around the shop being shown the different types and functions of the bed i got. Was also offered some refreshments. Everything was explained to perfection

Very helpful and friendly staff. We were asked if we needed any assistance and were able to view products alone before requesting further advice. Everything was explained and I was then given space to have a second look before I made my decision. No pressure or feeling uncomfortable at all. We were also made a drink whilst we made our purchase and completed the paperwork.

Mac greeted us on arrival and with his product knowledge he assisted us in picking the right mattress for us ( only the most expensive, well trained).

Mac could not have done anymore to help us with our purchase. We had very specific requirements due to medical conditions. We walked in not expecting much, having previously walked out of other Dreams stores, due to staff not being helpful. So we were quite surprised to have excellent customer service.

Very friendly and personable, helped answer our questions.

Mark served us, he didn’t push us for the sale and was a real people person. We felt very comfortable parting with our money and placing the order.

Helpful staff The bed i wanted was only online but staff member Mac showed me lots of other beds and found the material of the bed that was online
