Satisfied due to the helpful member of staff who explained the colouring system and the way around the store. Was also satisfied to find a nice mattress in sale.

I found Mac at the Coventry store who put my order through to be very helpful and informative but not pushy. He even gave me a glass of water due to the sweltering heat! It made all the difference. Mac gave me all the options I had according to my requirements let me roam around the store while i made my decision, without making me feel rushed. Thank you Mac.

We were allowed to browse without the staff following us everywhere we went. When we decided what we wanted the salesperson was there to assist us straight away. It was very nice to able to look around without being hassled.
