Dreams - Coventry

I went in the store believing that I needed a firm or extra firm mattress and was trying out various ones while the sales assistants were busy with other customers, when a sales assistant came to me, he suggested that I try a bed which is linked to a computer which would tell me what mattress would really suit me. He said he would return to me after he had finished with his customers and we would see what the computer suggested. I was happy with this and interested but convinced I needed at least firm. The computer suggested various mattresses, all medium, which the sales assistant had originally said he thought I would need. I tried out all the options suggested....and was spoilt for choice really, however, finally decided on one of the suggested options in a medium and can't wait to accept delivery. Unfortunately due to my work commitments I have to wait for a month but that is unavoidable. Trevor, the assistant who was advising me was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, putting me at my ease when I felt silly lying on beds in public!

The sales assistant Jacqueline was excellent - very professional with great personal skills which made my experience fabulous. It was a really hot day and I was on crutches and I was treated like royalty - her and Mac really couldn't have done any more for me - they were both delivered exceptional customer service.

Very good, I'd give in to the store to buy a particular mattress and Mac at the store in Coventry was really helpful, and nine to deal with. I had no problems at all and the visit was pleasant and easy.

Good customer service

Dreams were the only place where I could purchase the item I really needed. Having back, hips and knees problems sleep became non existent. After having purchased 4 other mattresses from other outlets I saw what I wanted at Dreams online. The help I was given by the assistant was truly remarkable and the price was amazing. Our sales assistant Jackie was warm and welcoming. She helped us out with products which she was knowledgable about. She had the right balance of helping us and leaving us to look around (I.e. she wasn’t too in your face!) We felt we weren’t rushed or pushed to place an order and felt we were given great advice

Purchasing a bed is a costly item, so you want to ensure the correct purchase is made. On entering the store we were approached in a very friendly manner by Trevor. He was happy and willing to advise and assist us right through the whole process of identifying what we required, carried out the best mattress test and gave us the best recommendations for the results findings. Once we had been back and forward from ‘this bed to that bed’ he was still very enthusiastic to try and help us. When a solution was found he explained all the options for payment available and completed this very efficiently. This high quality service wasn’t too pushy and his product knowledge was very helpful to ourselves. We would appreciate you to pass on our thanks and we would highly recommend others to this store because of the service we received.
