Dreams - Coventry

Me and my fiancée bought a bed and mattress from the Dreams shop in Gallagher Retail park. We were assisted and helped my a chap called Mac and I can't commend him enough. His product knowledge is astounding, his customer service skills are phenomenal and his sales skills are highly impressive. He is a true asset to Dreams and I hope you know that he is such a fantastic employee. He went above and beyond for me and my fiancée making sure he clinched the sale and ensured we left the store smiling and happy. We will be returning to this Dreams in the future solely because Mac was such a great employee. I hope he receives the recognition and rewards for this act of great service.

We thought the assistance from the staff was very helpful . The first assistant on a previous day never tried to persuade us to buy just gave all the information and let us try the beds out at our ease. The second assistant when we purchased did just the same was very helpful and the whole process was very quick.

Very good quality of items I purchased, staff member was very helpful and even though the shop was due to close, I never felt rushed in any way, and was even offered a drink when I placed my order, which would of resulted the shop staying open even later, if I had of accepted the offer of a drink

We were served by a salesman called Mac who took the time to talk us through all of the mattresses available. His knowledge and patience made what I thought was going to be a difficult decision quite easy.

Just want to pass my message to Dreams to say what a wonderful service in store we received today from Mac. We actually didn't go to buy but ended up buying anyway. He was very caring and not a pushy sales person. Took his time to do the demo. Even got the headboard from up stairs to show us how it looked on another displayed divan. A credit where credit is due.

Very good product we bought. Sheet for our Tempur materace is perfect.

Assistant Jacqueline extremely helpful without being pushy and also got the best price for us. We found the new computerised system for assessing the firmness of mattress needed, very informative and reassuring as it confirmed our choice of mattress - excellent customer service + a good range to choose from.
